		<description>Cher Barnabé: je suis bien d&#039;accord.  Lucy Kellaway force le trait (sa verve polémique fait d&#039;ailleurs son talent).  Quant à moi, je dirais les choses de façon plus équilibrée: il faut reconnaître et célébrer le droit des DEUX parties, employeurs et employés, de dissoudre une union qui ne marche pas.  Comme dans les divorces, l&#039;État tout au plus imposer un délai de réflexion, une procédure en bonne et due forme, et une juste compensation.</description>

While I agree with the general thrust of Lucy Kellaway&#039;s article, I think it&#039;s important not to go overboard. She writes:
&lt;em&gt;The business equivalent of free love is job hopping, which means that employees can get into bed with any old employer and if it doesn’t work out they can dump them and move on.&lt;/em&gt;. Insofar as this is true, surely it is to a large extent the result of &lt;strong&gt;employers&lt;/strong&gt; getting into bed with any old &lt;strong&gt;employee&lt;/strong&gt; and then dumping him/her if it doesn&#039;t work out?</description>
